Located in Midvale just off 7200 South and 300 East, in a Home-Based Massage Establishment.  Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of "The Spa" in an exclusive/private setting.  My office is quite, clean, and has two beautifully decorated rooms giving off a soothing ambience.  One room is set for Western modalities (work done on a traditional massage table)...such as Swedish and Hot Stone. The other room is set for Eastern modalities (work done on a mat on the floor)...such as Shiatsu and Thai.

Outcalls are performed in the comfort and privacy of your own home, hotel room, or office. Each session will be customized to meet your individual needs, both in body, mind and spirit. Massage appointments may be booked in advance for 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, or 2 hour sessions. I have 9+ years experience in spas, chiropractic offices, and physical therapy offices as well. I attended Santa Barbara School of Massage and I continued my education at the National Holistic Institute. I hope to educate people in the importance of regular massage both for preventative care and as a part of a healthy lifestyle.

I studied massage at the Santa Barbara School of Massage (200 hours) and the National Holistic Institute (720 hours). I have been working as a full time massage therapist since 2001.

Swedish – A European massage technique intended to relax muscles improve circulation with the use of massage oils and gentle manipulations such as long strokes, kneading and tapping.

Deep Tissue – A combination of massage that gets to the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. Used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles.

Shiatsu – A massage technique developed in Japan based on the Chinese medical theory that disease and pain is caused by blocked chi along the energy pathways in the body. By applying pressure to the blocked meridian relief from pain and disease may result.

Sports Massage – massage therapy focusing on muscle systems relevant to a particular sport.

Hot Stone – Using thermal energy stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones to the body during a deep tissue massage.

Reflexology - Reflex areas on the feet and hands were linked to other areas and organs of the body, stimulating these areas encourages the body to work naturally to restores its own healthy balance.

Aromatherapy Body Polish – A series of specific oils are applied to the body after a non abrasive all over body scrub finished with an all over body mask leaving your skin smooth as silk. This treatment is divine.
